During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have worked with the Polesworth Village Support Group to set up projects that have fed over 5000 local people through a food hub, meals on wheels and a delivery service. I’ve supported our vulnerable with access to grants for new white goods and I’ve even cut a few back gardens as well! These difficult times have shown the very best of Polesworth and as a management committee member of the new group, I hope it will go from strength to strength in the years to come.

Through the community grants that Councillors have delegated access to, my collegues and I have distributed over £30,000 to local groups across Polesworth and Birchmoor.
